Reteno is a customer engagement platform for managing contacts, behavioral events, messaging campaigns, and omnichannel communications.

- **Upsert Contacts** — Create or update 1-3000 Reteno contacts asynchronously using one explicit deduplication strategy. Returns an import session ID and immediate failures.

## Setup

1. Create or open a Switchy Project.
2. Open Integrations and connect Reteno.
3. Authorise through api_key.
4. Teammates can now @-mention Reteno tools in chat.
