Is adding to Slack really free?
Yes. Starter lets you add Switchy to one Surface and use it with 100 credits/mo, free, forever. No card.
Org vs personal connection - which do I need?
Personal connects your own account (only you see results). Org connects once for the whole team (admin-managed, shared). Org connections start on Team.
Do I pay per seat for models?
No. Credits are pooled at the org level, not bought per person. On Team, each seat adds 1,000 credits/mo to the shared pool, and the pool is spent wherever your team needs it, on any model.
What happens if my org hits its credit cap?
Buy a top-up pack any time, or enter a custom amount. Top-up credits never expire and work on any plan.
Is the launch credit a recurring discount?
No. It is a one-time bonus of 1,000 org credits, granted when your org connects its first Surface and valid for 14 days. We remind you once before it expires, and only once.
Can I mix models on one plan?
Yes. Every plan includes every enabled model. Cheap models cost 1 credit, mid-tier (Claude Sonnet, GPT-4o, Gemini 2.5 Pro) 3, premium (Opus) 6, reasoning (o1) 10. Image 5–15, video 8–50.
Do I keep my memory if I cancel?
Yes. You can export memory any time. Memory is deleted only if you delete your account.
Can I self-host?
Not today. If it matters to you, email us - we may enable it for Enterprise contracts.
Is this GDPR-compliant?
We host in Google Cloud europe-west1 (Belgium). DPA available on request.
How do yearly plans work?
You're charged once up front for 12 months at the yearly rate (about 20% off monthly). Cancel any time; you keep access until the period ends.
