- Create Document
Generate one PDF or PNG from a DocuPotion template and dynamic data. This consumes account document quota and returns a temporary download URL.
- Get Account
Return the connected DocuPotion account identity and current document usage against its plan limit.
- List Templates
Return all DocuPotion templates available to the connected account, including each template ID required to create a document.
Setup
- Create or open a Switchy Project.
- Open Integrations and connect DocuPotion.
- Authorise through api_key. Switchy stores the connection against your org.
- Everyone in the Project can now @-mention the DocuPotion tools in chat.
What teammates see: by default, memories from DocuPotion are scoped to the Project (PROJECT visibility) - you can mark any memory PRIVATE or share it ORG-wide.
