Tools
- Add Time Entry
Record a duration against a task at a specified start time.
- Create Task
Create a named task in an Edworking project.
- Delete Taskdestructive
Permanently delete one Edworking task. This operation is destructive and cannot be undone.
- Get Task
Get one task with its project, state, assignees, and time entries.
- List Folders
List folders in an Edworking project, optionally restricted to children of a parent folder.
- List Messages
List Edworking's message/activity records for one project from a zero-based offset. Live provider responses may contain only activity records and do not reliably expose text accepted by SEND_MESSAGE.
- List Projects
List the Edworking projects available to the connected account, returning IDs needed by project-scoped tools.
- List Project States
List the workflow states configured for an Edworking project for inspection.
- List Tasks
List tasks, optionally within one Edworking project, with concise status and tracking information.
- Remove Time Entrydestructive
Permanently remove one tracked-time entry by ID. This destructive action cannot be undone.
- Send Message
Irreversibly send a text message to an Edworking project. Edworking provides no verified message deletion operation, and project message listing may not return the sent text; use the returned message ID as confirmation.
- Update Task
Update an existing task's name within its Edworking project.
Setup
- Create or open a Switchy Project.
- Open Integrations and connect Edworking.
- Authorise through api_key. Switchy stores the connection against your org.
- Everyone in the Project can now @-mention the Edworking tools in chat.
What teammates see: by default, memories from Edworking are scoped to the Project (PROJECT visibility) - you can mark any memory PRIVATE or share it ORG-wide.
