- 11. Open your Switchy workspace settings and navigate to the Integrations tab. 2. Click Add Integration and select ITM Platform from the productivity category. 3. In a separate browser tab, log into your ITM Platform account and navigate to Settings → API Access (your account admin may need to generate a key for you). 4. Copy the API key and paste it into the Switchy connection dialog, then click Connect. 5. Switchy will validate the key by fetching your account's reference data; if successful you'll see a green checkmark. 6. Open any Project in Switchy and type '@ITM Platform list reference data' to confirm the connection works — you should see your account's task types, priorities, and statuses in the response. 7. You can now @mention ITM Platform in any message to search projects, pull analytics, or create tasks.
What teammates see: by default, memories from ITM Platform are scoped to the Project (PROJECT visibility) - you can mark any memory PRIVATE or share it ORG-wide.
